http://autorepair.about.com/library/firing_orders/bl-fo-3831.htm -- here is firing order just in case you need to check that your wires are on correctly. Are the plug wires in good shape and all the way pushed onto coil? How old are your plugs? Is electrical connection to coil pluged all the way in?

PLUGS WIRES AND COIL ARE ALL NEW. CHECK FOR SPARK AT END OF PLUG WIRES AND 3 AND 4 ARE DEAD.

Replace all wires & 2 Plugs that don't fire.Check compression on cylinders not firing while plugs are out.Should be > or = to 75lbs. 125+would be more normal. Will probably not fire if <75lbs. If plug electrodes have coolant drops on them this probably indicates a blown head gasket. Happy trblshooting!
