Of what? Your owners manual will give you the capacity of various fluids like oil and coolant.

Put in one quart and do not start. Check again after about 10 minutes. Repeat as necessary. That is if you mean the oil does not show any on dipstick. If you know it's empty, than right back to Full_of_Regrets answer

I will start off thinking you want to know how much oil to change the oil in your engine. The first question then is, what engine do you have in it? That makes a difference too. Also are you changing the oil filter too i hope. That also makes a difference.
