05 liberty 3.7 runs like s£×t

Ok so here my problem for the last few years  
after its valve job it started to run real rough
so got a great idea let's change plugs and
coils no luck three p0306 and p0302 so
another great idea let's swap #2 coil with #4
code went away for a cup days now it's still
throwing the #2 and #6 code I'm at a loss
here.... PS I should mention if the vehicle
sits for a complete day or two all power
seems to restore for about 10 min or until
engine warms up
