Truck running like crap

So we have done alot too many 2000 yukon
denali like Put new gaskets from the cylinder
heads on up and new catyilatic converters
new spark plugs new fuel pressure regulator
new oil and coolant and it still runs like crap
can someone help me out dont know what
else to do

so it ran bad before you did the work ? timing ? injector clogged or stuck open ? scan for codes even if the light ain't on , let us know what happens .
Is the check engine light on? If so what are the codes? Did you remember to plug the O2 sensors back in?
@ yes the check engine is still on haven't been able to drive it since everything was changed out. Trees the o2 sensor is back in still runs like crap
That's the problem w dont know what the problem is. It started with us having to change all the gaskets from the cylinder heads on up then the catalatic converter and new spark plugs then put new fuel pressure regulator new oil and coolant and still running like crap don't know what else it could be
