hello i have a 2001 gmc denali overtime i put a fuse in the box under the hood it would blow and disconnected the radio got a new fuse box from the dealer worked fine and a second later it pop again

There is a short or a major overload on that circuit. I would trace the wires and look for a short or damaged wires.
