Electrical problem in 2000 wrangler

I just got my first jeep and I've experienced a weird
problem. When I turn the key (without starting the
jeep) the radio, ac, heat, turn signals, and interior
lights all work fine. But when I start the jeep, none
of them work. All that works is the guages behind
the steering wheel and the headlights. Whats the
problem?
