Air conditioning will blow cold air then switch back
over to hot . Ac System has been recharge as well?

Could be that the pressure switch is bad, orthe compressor clutch malfunctioning. The incorrect amount of refrigerant can cause this as well, make sure that the system has the right amount, no more, no less. You can check the a/c relay, it can make the a/c work on/off, should be in the relay box under the hood. My technical manual for 1999 shows number 21 A/C Clutch; in your 1994 it may be a different number so check the box top or the vehicle owners manual to be sure.
