Jeep turn signals

Hi, Just recently my turn signals decided to
stop working! I replaced the fuse for this
item.. but it didn't work!  The fuse called for a
10 amp red .. could I put a 15 amp in .. or
should I look into a different option?!

    The signals don't work, I have replaced the flasher fuse, and all of the bulbs. I was told it may be the realy but donot have a schematic saying which one it is? Thank You Gary A.Hudak
