Are calipers interchangeable?

Can i use the calipers from my straight
6 grand cherokee  and put them on my
eight cylinder grand cherokee?

Brake Calipers? Engine does not mater per-say for brake parts but anyway look up the part numbers for each and see if they match.

Probably not recommend because of the (GVW)gross vehicle weight. Also the tow rating is much more with the Grand Cherokee and would be dangerous at that point.
