Just replaced rear end and still have a grinding noise that happens between acceleration and deceleration. Can feel a vibration that accompanies the noise. Happens worse around 35 to 45 mph.

Check ujoints on driive shaft if one of the bearing caps is bad feel like trucks gonna fall apart
I have new u-joints, new tires, and new brakes all around. Would the spider gears make a grinding noise when you let off the accelerator?

Possible axle bearings. Jack it up and grab the tire. Slowly rotate from side to side and see if you feel any roughness in your hands
