Cam has a funny noise

Hi , I'm experiencing a problem on my corsa 1.4
private,  there's a clinging sound coming out of the
cam belt area , what could it be ???? N what kind
of damage could it cause or has caused ???

It is possible that the cam belt is coming apart. Get it checked out ASAP.
