2005 kia sedona wheels locked

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

The wheels are locked up on my car and will not
turn. The fluid is everywhere. So I am assuming the
master cylinder? Am I right? If not what is it?

Sounds like your steering rack went south (I mean the steering rack is dead)... The fluid is powersteering fluid-- you should have a new rack installed! Good luck!
