2002 Lincoln Navigator

We have replaced the egr valve,  the throttle
position sensor,  the fuel filter,  the fuel pressure
regulator changed out a few coils,  the thing still
won't run.  Nothing comes up in the diagnostic
machine.  We had it started. But then died out.  
Now it won't start again.  Any clues as to what it
could be?
