2001 lincoln navagator

Four wheel drive is not working there no lights on
the dashboard indicating anything I've turned the
knob to 4544 low no lights are working on the
dashboard how do I get it in 4 wheel drive or what
may the problem be

you say your dashboard lights are not working it might be a blown fuse try checking your fuse box
