trace the black 1/0 Battery cable to the spot where it attaches to the frame....wire brush the lug with a pliers in one hand and wirebrush the chassis, to allow the full potential of the battery~ NEW battery now if yours is but five years old~....they stop takin' a charge ten percent per year~

the problem here is not in the delivery of the power...but the ability to make the charge BACK into the batttery~
Sounds like a blown bulb, either the left front turning light or the left rear turning light. If you have a blown bulb in either, the dashboard will just show you a solid light and the turning lights won't flash. With the ignition on turned to accessories, get out of the truck and check the left rear and front turning lights. One should be lit, the other dark. Replace that bulb.
like jim suggested start with the bulb, start with basic trouble shooting, check bulbs first,if bulb is good take a test light and check if you have power in the turn signal socket, making sure turn signal is on,if not push pointy tip of test light in the wire behind the socket to see if u have power going to socket.sometines the socket gets corroded and stop letting power trough.could also be turn signal relay.if not then check for bad ground or broken wire.always start with easy stuff first, most of the time u will find the problem that way before u start taking things apart for nothing.
also is you have a trailer plug in check that also sometimes corrosion in the trailer plug in will cause a short and keep your turn signals, park and brake light from working.

Well when we turn on hazards they work ..but when she turns signal on bulbs or turning signal on dash dosent work

this is a grounding problem...from the chassis....do as I asserted with the wirebrush...the BODY ground is not getting back to the flasher unit~
Yes if all bulbs light with the hazards on then no bulbs are blown. Follow judge_roy's advise, If that doesn't help. you have a bad turning signal switch. Does anything happen at all when the turning signal switch is used? One blink of light on the dashboard? Nothing at all?
