problem with backup beeper

I had a backup beeper installed on my honda 2018 crv touring model.   If i am
on a slight recline, it will beep when nothing is there.  its very frustrating and I
am having a problem getting the dealer to address this issue.

Sounds like a switch adjustment. If your dealer is being an asshole tell them you're going to call the number on the last page of the owners manual and ask them what to do. They might hate you forever but I'll bet the service improves
