wallpaper installation

Question type: Car Customization

I imported, selected and saved a JPEG  picture to use as wallpaper in my
Honda Civic. But I could not get the picture to show up on my console screen
afterwards. I have the Color Audio dashboard and used the directions on page
240 of the online Owner's Manual.  Step nine never appeared on the screen.  
What am I doing wrong or do I have a defective program in my car?
