Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Car's has lost its power. When on any incline the engine starts bucking and
slowing down and I give it gas(even peddle to the floor) and the car starts
bucking. No visible smoke out exhaust. Did find the oil very low (bottom of
stick) added oil and car appeared to fix itself but after a day it was back
doing the same thing. I know the turbo is not working but i dont think that is
the main problem.

Is the check engine light (CEL) on? Without the turbo your car is not going to run correctly.

No its not which makes it strange. Since I have to drive the car out necessity I find if I don;t give it gas, and manually shift it and allow the car to gradually increase the speed, it seems to work. However, it still has no power. Could it be fuel filter? or transmission? or still oil related.
