Was this the problem before you changed the starter and torque converter ? Or did it just start doing this after replacing those parts ?

Just started whenever I replace the starter converter was fine teeth on the flexplate were a little worn down from the starter being loose i replaced the starter and that's when it started

The only reason I am asking is because if you used the same fly wheel that had some worn teeth on it most likely your starter is making contact with the most worn teeth and the starter is just spinning. Try this spin your motor over by putting a ratchet and socket on something that is easy to get to like your alternator nut and spin motor over about a half a turn. With belt on when you spin the alternator it will also spin the crank putting fly wheel in a different position then try to start vehicle again if if starts you need a new fly wheel.
flywheel is attached to the torque converter welded to it One of those kind new torque converter came with new ring gear

Either you do not have the toque converter seated in the transmission right or its the wrong toque converter or the wrong starter. Are you sure that new toque converter matched the one you took out ?

Do you know how to send a picture of your starter on this forum? I no that on GM starters you can buy starter shims that you put between the starter and the engine block were it mounts to adjust starter so that it would line up with fly wheel to make the correct contact the starter. Do not know if that can be done with your vehicle.
