When a car is being serviced, the mechanic will sometimes disconnect the battery for safety reasons. This may cause the engine computer to lose it's memory on functions like idle speed, shift points, etcetera. Maybe after several drive cycles the computer will "relearn" these setting and it will start to run better. If not, call your mechanic and see what he recommends. Tell him it wasn't doing that when it arrived and should not be doing that when it left.
