Fix seal on beck left windows its leaking i have to remove it

My ford explorer's xlt 97 back
left window needs replacing is
it glued to the body from the
outside. Ive undone all the nuts
except one and left it loose but
the window won't budge.

Are you trying to replace the glass or the weatherstrip? To remove the glass you have to remove the inside door panel. The glass itself is either held into a track by a metal clips or glued in along the bottom of the glass. You will have to remove the window movement mechanism in part to remove the glass.
