1991 Mitsubishi Eclipse.

Asked by monkeysmut Jul 07, 2011 at 07:25 PM about the 1991 Mitsubishi Eclipse Base

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

It acts like it is running out of fuel and dies after it's been running for 15 min. I have replaced fuel pump and heat temperature sensor, and neither of those fixed the problem. Could anyone tell me what may be wrong or point me in the right direction?

Did you ever find anything out? I have a 01 Mitsubishi Galant and have the same problem with my car. Not sure where to go at this point. Once the car warms up it dies out. When I have a full tank of gas even! I have to hold my foot on the gas. Or else it idols to low and dies out!
