Flex fuel was put in an 2019 Altima by
mistake.

If it runs I would top it off with premium. If it won't run you will need to drain the tank.

It’s a new vehicle not even a month old yet. I will use premium for the next tankful. I did top it off with premium. Took it for a 20 minute drive on the highway! I think I’m good. Thanks for your assistance!
