Why my Nissan Altima 2002 generates smoke while starting the car every morning, the color is like white, also it does not start instantly?

Does the smoke go away after the engine warms up? If so there is probably nothing to worry about but your car may need a tuneup and filter change.

If color is white and vehicle getting hard to start sounds like oil is slowly leaking by one or all of the piston rings. The hard starting is from oil getting on to spark plug or plugs.

Smoke on starup is more likely valve guide seals, if a blueish color. White smoke that goes away after a few mins is probably just condensation that accumumates as hot exhaust gas hits cool exhaust components. Pistons rings show themselves as a black sooty substance that spits out at startup, a puff of smoke when you snap your foot off the throttle after accelerating hard and the need to top up oil often.
