Dies and only has half power

I went to go pass someone and my 2001 nissan
sentra gxe shuts off it started back for a split
second and then died again i have my parking
lights my inside dome lights and my radio and that
stupid dinging noise but nothing else works what
would cause this pls help i cant afford to put a lot
of money into it

It could be a lot of things, we'd need way more info to make a stab at answering your question. Start by checking your battery cables, make sure the cables are grounded to the frame and the terminals are corrosion free. Things shift around when you drive so a frayed or loose connection may be cutting out.
