No power

Asked by Alisha Jul 02, 2018 at 09:07 PM about the 2000 Nissan Altima XE

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I had replaced my radiator in my 2000
Nissan altima xe.  When removing the 2
mount screws broke. Drilled new holes and
when I screwed it down I screwed into a
large wire inside of the radiator support
which grounded it and blew something.
Now my pwr windows, tach and
speedometer and electric fans do not work.
Checked all fuses, they are good, What else
could this be? Thanks

Check to see if you burnt out wires where you drilled or below fuse block. How you know is test each item for power and then for ground. Which ever is missing you know is the problem

I know which wire it was and repaired it. I blrw a fuse or relay but cant tell which one

They best to narrow it down is to get a short circuit locater or open the pcm itself and you'll see a burn mark on siding
