Hose or water pump
On the way home my car
overheated. Pulled over it's not
steaming from around where
the radiator hose it's steaming
more from the bottom close to
where the water pump is.
Which is not even a year old.
Let it cool down started put
some water in it it was late
and I couldn't really tell if it
was water that had just
overspill where my son is
pouring it in or if it was just
coming straight back out the
bottom so we had it towed and
during the day off. I went out
take the radiator cap off as
soon as I took the radiator cap
off around the water pump it
just starts pouring what water
we had put in at the night
before as soon as I put the cap
back on it stopped now this
point cars not running I haven't
started it up thought maybe it
was Vapor locked took the cap
back off started the car it's
kind of just a slow drizzle then
but still hasn't stopped
completely I get the radiator
filled up put the cap back on
thinking okay hopefully this is
going to fix it and it didn't stop
but just continue to that real
slow drizzle I don't know if the
water pumps going bad or if
there's just something loose or
is there a hose I need to be
looking for. Oh and also it has
a bad mass air flow sensor
which I'm waiting on the part
to come in to replace I don't
know if that could have
caused any of this
