Most likely your Timing Belt has failed. Does it sound normal when you crank the Engine or does it sound "Free"? You can look under the Timing cover while someone cranks the engine to see if the Cam Pulley is turning. If not, the Timing Belt has failed. The Timing belt is a very common failure - change out the Water Pump and take a good look at the Timing Belt Tensioner while you're in there.
