No you can not. You can't sell what you don't own. Please read your lease agreement. But I assume you want to sell because you don't have any money to make payments? The only way you can sell the vehicle is if you pay off the lease early, then purchase the vehicle for the amount it is worth, that should be inn your lease and then sell it privately if you think you can make money.
