Need advise on exhaust manifold leak? Bolts have Stripped threads . Healy coil kit??

If the heads are aluminum unfortunately the only way to repair them is to remove them, trying to do it in the truck is virtually impossible, but if the heads are iron you may have a shot at removing them with a stud extractor.
