A loose wire somewhere that disconnects when you are on a hill. Try parking down hill and see what happens if it stays running then it's a loose connection. Or a clogged fuel pump.
I had this problem when I turned certain corners and parked on hills now i am replacing my fuel pump and filter and needed a new wire harness but i have a 1995 320e mercedes wagon.
Low fuel level in the tank causing fuel not to be picked up by the in tank fuel pump while parked on an incline.
Thanks for input, found problem, vaccum hose was leaking
