What else could keep it from starting and running.

My Van Sit for 2yrs. I drain the fuel tank,tune-it rotor, cap, and spark plugs; it will only
start when I spray starter fluid into the breather. when it start I have to pat the accelorator
to keep it going.

fuel/fuel pressure.....fuel.filter/pressure..you have to pump the efi?efi right...bleed the air out at the fuel rail!! then lots of fuel? ...change gas filter/pressure ok??MAP sensor.maaaybeee

I changed the fuel filter, I replaced the fuel regulator and checked the fuel pressure, it measured out at 38psi. Any other ideas?
