95 e350 clubwagon xlt has no turn signals at all. Hazard lights work fine. Fuses and bulbs good.replaced multifunction switch but no difference. All other functions of switch work fine. Suggestions?

2001 e350 van parked the van in the morning and went to start in afternoon and I got nothing, no electrics at all. I switched out the battery and still nothing. Anybody have an idea what I should do now?
