2003 Pontiac Montana still won't start even with starting fluid where do I go from there when it has spark after intake manifold gaskets were replaced and rear head gasket

Step one. No more either - it is not designed for gasoline engines and will seriously damage the piston rings and cylinder walls (for oil based fuels like diesel and even then use it cautiously). If you think your not getting fuel use gas instead of either. Step two: I assume that the timing was not touched while doing the head? The spark is controlled via the crankshaft position sensor and ICM. The Sequential FI is triggered by the cam sensor. On the 3100/3400 engines it is located directly above the cam in the lower intake manifold just behind/below the power steering. Ensure that the sensor was re-installed, is connected and that the wiring was not damaged. If this is good check the fuel rails for proper pressure.
