no power to pcm port

tried to read codes but have no power to pcm port i cant find a fuse for it had some one tell me iy uses the cig lighter fuse which is blown is this correct

As you can see (click on it to enlarge) pcm is upper, second from right, CIG is elsewhere, lower in middle

is there another pcm port to read codes besides the one under steering wheel

But when you say pcm port, that's not where you plug scanner in to retrieve codes. You use the OBD port, a completely different port. Is that what you meant? PCM is Power Control Module

No, that would be it. The OBD port under the steering wheel, this is not your car but is very similar

Actually Powertrain Control Module ...and one time I tried to scan a car and thought the same thing, no power to OBD port but the batteries in my scanner were dead

was driving on hyway car lost acceleration sounded like a backfire but not threw exhaust died will not start will turn over got spark after cranking gets a strong fuel smell tryed to read codes no power to obd port
