i have a 2000 firebird and i have replaced the headlight motor and it still wont go up and down .......any one got any ideas?

Sorry Kevin I don't know the answer, but just wanted to tell a story you reminded me of. A person I know paid a mechanic $120 to "change the fluid in her headlights. The halogen fluid is more expensive but will last longer"..I said nothing and let it go to her, but turned the guy in to the Calif BAR (not lawyer Bar- Bureau of Automotive Repair he got busted
No guy the head light pop up with a motor because Pontiac had the hide away lights and I do all my own work lol I'm fairly car savy not a gulable female look up the car and you will know what I'm talking about
