fuel pump fuse keeps blowing. replaced fuel pump now when driving (never when idling) fuse will blow help its a '98 sunfire

There should be plenty of fuse to hold the pump. How many amps is the fuse? It could be the insulation has worn through and the power wire grounds out when the tank is moving around.

could be high resistance in pump relay point contact area, or wire jack connections dirty at tank plugin, two stage current push pcm early GM

Check ground cable to chassis, clean and battery terminals, clean~ word.
