Probably, but I am not an expert in this. The body style is the same and if the trans also came from a 350 car it will probably fit just fine with maybe some minor connector issues.

As long as the doner car had a v-8. The v-6 cars use a different bellhousing bolt pattern. Even if the tranny had a v-6 the bellhousing can be removed and replaced with a v-8 one.
