if the door handles are not working properly and you are unable to remove the interior door panel with the door closed, the easiest way to get your door open is to slide a slim jim between the window glass and the door on the outside of the car. police and tow truck drivers as well as car dealers will have these in order to get into a car that someone has locked their keys in.
