The sales consultant was quick to reach out to me. We met a couple of days later, at the dealership. I feel like they have ghosted us after meeting with my wife and I on Saturday. There were two things they were to do on Monday and get back to us re trade-ins. It’s now end of day Wednesday. I have texted twice since meeting with the sales consultant. But there has been zero reply or follow-up. A few purchase incentives have now expired on the Lyriq. By the way - they have 12 unsold Lyrics on the lot. Those are all the positive things I can say.

Was told that they would only discuss numbers at the dealership and are unable to provide any quotes or information over the phone. Was told that the “sales staff” would follow up with me but I still have not been contacted as of today March 2nd.
