The lady receptionist gave me full information about the car on November 13, via email, and was very helpful. Later on that same day, I requested an appointment for 1 PM the next day when my daughter could accompany me to see the car. I was given a 1 PM appointment on Thursday, November 14. I drove half way across Montreal to see the car, with my daughter, arriving about 1:30 PM (traffic is heavy). I found a questionable parking spot and went inside immediately upon arrival, but, at that moment had a certain urgency, and had to walk directly, slowly, the full length of the showroom (it is large), with my cane, and use the bathroom. When I emerged, we presented ourselves at the central reception desk in the showroom. Two ladies were working there. A man was standing to the side. After several minutes of hurried conversation, the man took us to his office and told us we came late and the car was sold to the next customer.

Bon accueil du vendeur et réponse rapide à nos demande. Véhicule conforme à l'annonce. Bonne espérience avec la responsable au crédit. Très professionnelle. Seul bémol, le jeune vendeur devrait dire "vous" aux acheteurs car le tutoiment n'est pas très poli...

J'ai eu une discussion avec deux représentants pour un véhicule, nous avons fixé un rendez-vous et le GPS m'indique approximativement 50 minutes. J'ai pris la route pendant 10 minutes avant d'arriver. je reçois un appel comme quoi c’était une erreur la voiture est déjà vendue. je trouve ça ce n’est pas professionnel perdre du temps de gaz ma note c’est un grand 0
