Karlee Williams set an appointment for me so that she can get appraised my trade in vehicle. When I was there she didn’t even looked at it and appraised it so low that I have to walked away. She could have just asked me the VIN of my vehicle over the phone and give approximate value plus the truck that I had eyes on was sold already to somebody else before me coming in. An hour drive from my residence and going through the waiting area was huge wasteful for me Very Unprofessional.
