If you want royal treatment, buy your car at Lexus of Royal Oaks. Alvin, the salesman, was great to work with. He was very courteous, responsive and patient. There wasn't too much room for negotiation on price but the car was missing a remote starter which the dealer installed without charge. Candice, the finance manager, clearly explained the invoice and warranty. If you're looking for a Lexus, or a good used car, definitely check them out.
