2023 Audi Q5 Reviews Summary The 2023 Audi Q5 is an attractive small luxury SUV that is both sporty and comfortable. Its big flaw is sluggish initial acceleration, but otherwise the Q5 feels enjoyable to drive and offers a good amount of technology. The Q5 is also offered in a "coupe-like" Sportback version which doesn't suffer with some of the space sacrifices that rivals do.
