2003 ford explorer

The passager and the driver side window won't go
up or down. The back windows will only go down
and up if you have the drivers side door open

sounds like a broken wire in the loom between the body and door.big black accordion tube.pull back the tube and check wires.

I have one more problem, the passengers side window won't work it won't go up or down. The switch and motor works any ideas. Thanks for your help.

The window somehow detached it's self from the regulator,you'll need to remove the panel and take a look.It should be obvious.
