if all this happens before its started, it may well be the pcm, it should come on with the key turned to on to prove it has a light that works and go off when engine started to prove no issues with sensors
Thank u ya it doesn't come on wen i turn the key and it does the bulb check but after awhile if i leave the key on it comes on but bad pcm would also b the reason no crank no start correct
