It could be the scanner that was used may not be capable of reading ABS codes. If the light is on there would be a code. It sure helps to know, as it will direct you to the wheel with the problem. One thing overlooked a lot is from the wheel speed sensor connector on up the wiring may be bad. They do make new connectors with wire to splice in for repair.

In in Atlanta, ga due you no if it will pass the espection by the state due to it having a salvage title because that's the only light on on the car.
I do not know, I'm up north in the U.P. I would think it would still need to pass that year car emissions and safety criteria in order to be deemed road worthy.

Could it be the abs sensor harness or I need another hub? I just really wana gety car right. I tried taking all the tires off and spraying the sensors with water but the abs light still on
Probably a wire connector running to one of the wheel sensors would have to be spliced in, but just guessing without a code. You can go to an auto parts store to get the ABS codes read. Write them down. For what-ever wheel it is it may need a new connector that can be purchased from the auto parts store.
The ABS light may have been on before the accident. Unless you know that you need to go through the entire brake system. It might be a sensor from one of the other 3 wheels that's at fault. As has been mentioned proper diagnostics is what's needed at this point, not ransom replacement and re-replacement of parts.
