drove fine yesterday today went to drive it and will
not go over 25mph changed out throttle body and
still same problem any idea what could be the
problem

If you hear a hissing sound from the exhaust it would be the catalytic converter. Check at night when it is warmed up and you would see a orange glow to it if it is plugged.
