i hav a 89 civic and on my gauges my fuel gauge or temp gauge aint working or my boot,choke,water lights aint working is it a fuse or wat?

Check connections in the back of gauge cluster. If they are ok, get a spare cluster and plug that in and see if it works. Should be plenty around for your car.

had a mate look at it and he found some burnt wires which have been burnt apart but thanx for the help anyway
