Ask on a dodge truck forum, they might be able to tell you if it would fit clearance wise and what motor mounts are needed. You could eyeball the fit, check which side the starter and power steering pump/rack is on and if those locations work for your truck. You would obviously have to swap out exhaust as well. You then have to address harness, computer, sensors, dash gauges, still a lot of modifications are going to be needed.
